Our Spring Small Grant Round Opens on the 15th August 2020 and Closes on the 30th September 2020 at 5.00pm

Organisations can apply for grants of up to $10,000 for charitable projects that benefit the Limestone Coast communities.

Covid-19 Recovery Program Grants - Currently Closed

GRANT ROUND – CURRENTLY CLOSED

Applications open Monday 3rd August and close on Monday 31st August 2020 at 5.00pm.

A new funding partnership between the Stand Like Stone Foundation and the District Council of Grant has resulted in a unique granting opportunity for communities in the District Council of Grant area.

The Council are providing $10,000 for charitable projects that support the recovery, wellbeing and resilience of people in the District Council of Grant during the global Covid 19 pandemic. This program offers funding for community groups and not-for-profit organisations.

All applications must be received or date stamped by 5.00pm on the closing date.  No late applications will be considered.

Grant Areas of Interest

A number of donors have made gifts to our Public Fund and Open Fund. These donors have indicated that they prefer the following areas of interest be supported by their gift;

  • Focis on Youth Sub Fund – Provides grants to projects with educational outcomes with a focus on youth in the region.
  • Penola Coonawarra Wellbeing Sub Fund – Provides grants to charitable projects that benefit the greater Penola Coonawarra region.
  • Agri-Links Sub Fund – Provides grants to help raise awareness of mental health throughout the Limestone Coast.
  • Annette Balnaves Sub Fund – Provides grants for charitable projects that benefit the greater Penola Coonawarra region.
  • Lorry Humphreys Memorial Sub Fund – Provides grants for charitable projects relating to trades and the arts.
  • Naracoorte & Districts Sub Fund – Provides grants for charitable projects that benefit the greater Naracoorte region.
  • Steven Noble Memorial Sub Fund – Provides grants for charitable projects that benefit the communities of Allendale East, Kongorong and Port MacDonnell.
  • Keith Hospital Future Fund – Provides grants to support the Keith Hospital.
  • Beachport Sub Fund – Provides grants for charitable projects that benefit the Beachport area.
  • South East Disaster Relief Sub Fund – Provides grants for charitable purposes to organisations to assist with disaster relief in the region. Grants can be made for charitable purposes to organisations to assist with disaster preparedness or prevention in the region, and used for funding education and/or other charitable community projects designed to assist in making the Limestone Coast community a more disaster proof area.
  • CCW Memorial – Provides grants for charitable projects and activities that assist disadvantaged students, or supports the Millicent Flexible Learning Centre and its students.
